We will have a knockout tournament with quarterfinal, semifinal and final for each country

Four pairings one team against another one in quarterfinals as given by the lots drawn by Uschi.

Winners proceed to semifinal.

Two winners of the semifinals proceed to the final.

Board one will always play against board one from the other team. Board two against board two and so on.

First country will be Romania

- Point system:

Winner of the Final : 4 points
Loser of the Final: 3 points
Semifinalists: 2 points
Quarterfinalists: 1 point

We proceed as long as we have fun. New lots for the quarterfinals will be drawn of course for each new country.

Gained points will be accumulated with each added country.

The team with most points in the end will be the overall Team Championship winner.

There can additionally be winners like best board 1, best board 2, etc.

Should there be a tie after the combined results there will be a knockout match Blitz with four games between boards

one of the team. After another possible tie two more games are added, until there is a decision.

You can use a generic book of your choice. Preferred book by most testers still seems to be the Harry Schnapp books.

It is also up to testers to play with 4 or 5 men.

For each four pairings in quarterfinals one team against another we play two games 40/40 (2 Ghz)

with colours reversed and four games 40/4 (2 Ghz). Same for the two semifinals and for the final.

Points won from the 40/40 games will be doubled. So in the end we have a final score with points 40/40 x 2 + 40/4.

Games go of course also to the respective rating lists.
