CEGT Leagues comprehend two classes: Master Class and

Higher Class with twentyone participants each.

Four demote from Master Class to Higher Class and

four also demote from Higher Class and will be replaced

by the four best from a Higher Class Promotion Tournament.

This Promotion tournament will include 16 engines,

playing two double round robins, so 60 games 

by each engine.

Additionally there is a promotion/demotion tournament

between ranks 16 and 17 Master Class and ranks 5 and 6

Higher Class.
